Considering how rabid the 2nd amendment folks are it's a bit quirky to say "protestors are arrested all the time" when the "right of the people peaceably to assemble" is in the 1st.

Better to clarify arrest for unlawful assembly, rather than "members of Congress have been arrested in the past year for protesting" I think.
