I'd have none. In fact, nobody on my team has ever made even second team.

My teams tend to be very balanced so it's hard for any one guy to stand out enough to be recognized. I've had several second teamers over the year but never a first (with a couple near misses).
This may well be the source of my issues. I need to shift my approach from adding as much raw talent as I can find to taking aim at the elite. The former served me well in turning a 2-win team into one that hovers a bit over .500 but it can't take me any further.
