I rarely buy prepared food in the market - maybe a rotisserie chicken. Tonight I saw something labeled Thai Chicken Curry and thought I'd try it.

There may have been chicken, but certainly no curry or pepper. Very disappointing. And thinking back, the last chicken I bought - lemon/herb - had very little of either.
Guess I'll stick to my own cooking :/

Thai curry is fun to make. I usually get some prepared jar stuff but always add some fresh stuff. Esp fresh ginger, but basically...
