It's a can of coconut milk, half as much chicken broth.
Coconut oil in a pan, a wok.
Toss in your curry blend, stir a few seconds to incorporate
Toss in your protein, stir till it seems browned enough.
Clear the hot middle and drop in the coconut milk and let sit till the fat bubbles. Now add the broth, add your veggies, cover and simmer
An important veg to add is a little sweet potato
Serve with rice noodles
