I'm talking about average Democrat voters. Remember that we are tuned in exponentially more than your average (Democrat or otherwise) voter.

On top of that though, imagine these Americans (let's assume they are Biden voters / Democrats):
- A couple paying a mortgage and they have two children. Living paycheck to paycheck. Inflation is 7%. They got 5% raises.
- A singe working parent who just lost the Child Tax Credit when it expired.
- A single person with no children whose rent has gone up 15% this year. They have $50,000 in student loans.
Which of these voters is going to go "OOOOHHH, Infrastructure bill, awesome!".
Its a great, necessary bill that will help a lot! It's not a marketing team's pitch for voters.
And I'm not saying Biden could do anything about many of these issues!
- Inflation is real, it happens, the President has limited levers to deal with it in the short-term
- The President doesn't determine the raises people get
- Manchin killed the CTC and nothing Biden could do to stop that
But it's still the reality of what he's dealing with. I'm not saying it's fair!
