The world feels super dark right now. Any good news from you all?

I sometimes feel overwhelmed by the hate and violence I see. It's hard to escape it and still feel like you know what's going on. It's a balance I have not been able to get to.

But I know we have good going on individually, and it really is a spark when I see y'all posting about your lives (and even the bad things are met with support).
