We're just trying to figure out the logistics for 4 of us (2 couples) and six "stops" along the tour, and it's a huge pain in the ass. Between hotels/lodging, flights, car rentals, who needs to be where when, then things like flight changes happen.

And that's just for 4 people...and we're pretty damn flexible. Sheesh.

I can't imagine having to do this for a crew of 20 or 40 or more.
