I am all about pedestrian rights as kind of like walking when possible but if I'm out walking I get hit by something on TRACKS, well, that's on me

In great contrast, if I'm crossing a street in the crosswalk with the light and get run over by somebody turning right and not looking forward....that's on the stupid driver
