If this is propaganda, it's effective. It's a signal to other nations facing Russian aggression to go nuts.

Georgia and Moldova are facing Russian "separatists" backed by Russian might? Drive them back. Pro-democracy protesters in Belarus and Kazakhstan? Pull the trigger on those uprisings. Oppressed peoples in Chechnya? Depose Putin's puppet.
