I think right now, they're starting to divert resources from elsewhere and are spinning up more divisions.

Do they have the supplies to do this? Man...I don't know. But the bear being fully awake? Nope...this is him just getting up and moving about hoping for a quick victory.

That's not happening.

Does he roll the dice and go all in. Because this isn't all in.
