Speaking of bread, i make this about once a week now. it's great! NY Times, no knead bread.

IF you make - do NOT use the two-tea-towel thing for the last step, just use a bowl, metal is best.
ceramic pot works better than cast iron.
add a couple ice cubes to pot before putting on the lid.
works well with a 50/50 split of white and whole wheat flour.
About 5 minutes of hands-on work, but lots of time to rise - plan accordingly.
