It is 90-95% of the Russian Troopers massed on the border at the beginning, now engaged...

I thought I heard that makes up 60% of their total...but I'm not sure I heard that I heard that correctly or, if I did, that it's right.
Ever day they haven't completely taken over is a victory. They continue to look really inept.
