I've had to have a few sit-downs, over the last year, with people who were just being too awkward. Nothing wrong being said. A "Nice dress" from an

overly awkward person doesn't play these days either.

Making fellow employees uncomfortable in the workplace is a big no-no for me. What people say/do matters. How you make people feel, matters.

Best to steer away from any appearance-related comments, in general, is what I tell people.
