Does Russia really want to be messing with Finland right now?

Russia talked a big talk, made all kinds of threats if anyone interfered with their invasion of Ukraine, and failed to deliver on any of it. They may have had some mild plans: banning commercial flights over Russia, some cyber shenanigans, etc. But all that got trumped by the West's response which has escalated over time as it's become clear that Russia is unable to respond. It would be ballsy for Russia to try anything now as it would only escalate things with the West. Countries that were once hesitant to join NATO or the EU are now openly courting. Go ahead, Russia. Try something.
