Some huge whale went inactive near my town of Mopolis. It seems somewhat sphinx-like to me.

He's much too massive to have just walked away, and I have no available spies to scope him out. So far, I have info on his capital (he's got enough there to beat back our whole alliance) while his other towns, I've had to explore with the tried and true "send 5 ships, hope they come back strategy." So far, all my ships have met with no resistance. Step 2: Send 1 transport with 10 troops. I'm treading very gingerly right now.
