Disneyworld Dining input requested

My brother and his partner will be at Disneyworld (coincidentally) for his partners birthday. My brother is wondering where to make a reservation to take him to dinner. Thinking nice but not like super-dooper expensive (like not the Disney version of Alinea or anything).

His partner is a bit of a foodie and amateur chef and likes some the modern restaurant stuff. But also would probably eat just about any cuisine.

Some of the partners family may come to town for the meal, so the restaurant needs to be accessible to people without park passes.

Thoughts? Suggestions?
