I would say its about 50/50 here in Southern Ontario....but it depneds on how one is aclimatised to Ontario weather....

I have a/c in my house (it came with it) but its a nice thing as you generally only need it for a few really hot days each summer...though some years that can be a lot....this year a/c use has be very sporadic.
