*IF* nominated, she'd mess up the party. I don't think they'll nominate her for anything, let alone President.

But if they did, the GOP would be over as we know it. The saner members would probably form a viable third party hewing to the conservative fiscal principles of the GOP but jettisoning the religious right and those who extol the virtues of ignorance.
