Elon Musk is sitting on let’s say 200bil in Tesla stock.
Average price is 1000 a share and 25mil trade daily. That’s basically 25bil in value moving daily.
Musk has sell off enough stock to cover 40bil in taxes…or basically sell 1.5days worth of volume …. How you think that’s going to happen without the computers dropping the value. Even piecemeal, that’s an anchor to the stock price.
