They're just not getting the QB coach and OC positions white coaches are.

Coincidentally, most head coaching hires now come from OC positions. Weird how that worked out, right?

The NFL sees that ownership/management is continuing to not consider black coaches. So, they're trying to alter the lead up to head coaching positions. Hopefully, it'll mean more black candidates interview.
