That she looked like Whoopi in the 1800s but looks different in 2024 but then looks like Whoopi in 2412 or whenever.
Now, there's a strong argument to be made that in this timeline, Picard never met 1800s Guinan (and that's probably a very good thing, given the monster that is this timeline's Picard) but that doesn't mean she'd look different ... does it?
