i JUST learned about TVP for the first time. it explains the texture of all the cheap toco meats i used to have as a kid.

i'm definitely going to use it as filler for ground meats, but not tons of it like some companies like to.
it's got a great texture and takes on whatever flavor you put in. highly recommend trying some as vegan taco meat, see what you think.
