exactly how to interpret it:

"Hello, Happy spring is coming and with this new season we have the gift of choosing to wear a protective mask or not. I ask politely that if you have reservations against unmasking please just communicate. Justifications and political views are not needed. Entourage Hair will follow your health needs in the moment and time that you enter our premises. If you have no worries we will not worry either. Act natural, and feel free."
