ST poll - gas/budget crunch. What if anything have you specifically cut back on to counter the gas prices. Could be " nothing" just curious -- nm

A couple times we put off something a day so we could combine a trip. Stayed home once instead of driving to Seattle for a show. -- nm

Nothing. I did save a couple bucks with an impromptu out of town fill-up, but that was incidental. -- nm

Haven't cut back too much, but I'm far more conscious about the number of trips I take.

Nothing. Since we work from home, we still don't spend much on gas.

no. Realistically, going from $3.50 to say $4.50 in gas is roughly $10 per tank (using easy numbers) or maybe a total of $40/month for me

Nothing. We don’t do much driving so maybe go through one or two tankfuls a month? -- (edited)

I guess we aren't heading out of town for weekend hikes etc right now, but the weather has been crappy so it's not like we had to make any tough -- (edited)

Nothing at all. My commute is just under 4 miles. It's actually out of the way to go get gas. -- nm

I've had to take 2 trips in the past 2 weeks so my gas budget is blown all to hell. I have been adjusting my food/grocery purchases because of prices -- nm*

We might buy a few less non-essential food items, but driving still needs to be done, so *shrug* -- nm
