I got mine in mid 2020, and other than scuffing up the tops of the arm rests on my desk, nothing has shown any real wear. -- nm

Oh my God yes. I bought mine (Titan 2020) on sale for $400 and it's better than chairs costing 3x as much.

Same. And there are days (like yesterday) where I'm basically sitting at my chair for 12-14 hours a day.

The only "bad" thing about mine (Titan 2020) was that for the first 8 days or so of using it, my back hurt.
