and more importantly, are these 'bugs' showing up in only heavy demo/minority areas? ala florida

whwere voters in black areas that made a dumbass mistake in their ballot and put it in the machine had it sucked up and not told their ballot was invalid and not counted, yet voters in white areas had their ballots kicked out and told to fix tehir mistakes.
