They're not the same product. It's like moving from Excel to Word for spreadsheets. So... good luck.

They're booth communications tools and provide functionality for group meetings, but the feature set is not equal (this is not to take anything away from either product... they both do different things well). A more equitable switch would have been from WebEx to Zoom.
That being said, you'll be able to do most everything you did in WebEx previously. Some of the fringe functionality will be gone but it's unlikely you depended on it. Teams is a fantastic team collaboration tool so you're gaining functionality there.
