Voice votes to confirm were also par for the course, but you haven't seen one of those since 1965.
In the soon-to-be-current court config, only one justice received more Yea votes than Thurgood Marshall did. John Roberts, with 78 to Marshall's 69. Sotomayor is next with 68.
