Cultural bits that are highlighted make it a fascinating/fun world to get absorbed into. A bit of a slow burn and some noir to it....slight spoils

I'm always a sucker for the system/vs non-conventional angle and especially the consequences for both choices or paths, and this plays well in those themes.
