Jesse, the nerdy doofy mechanic kid they left lying on the side of the lawn after Rick Yune shot up the house in Fast 1. He escaped the coroner's office (presuming he died since no one ever mentioned him again)...and he embarked on a multi-decade plot to get revenge from those friends who didn't have his back when he lost his ride in the race for pinks at SpeedWars.
