I don't know the right answers on really anything policy-wise regarding COVID, but it's here forever, it's endemic

So I don't know that 'COVID exists' is itself a reason anymore for anything. COVID will never be over. We know that.
We need to determine a set of BAU rules, whatever those are (e.g. If hospital admissions hit level X then mask mandate for two weeks. Not suggesting this is a/the answer, just an example of the type of thinking that might me needed).
As for planes, who knows what to do, I don't.
