DTL: Tempo... what to do, what to do

I had played Slow tempo with good success, but I had lost twice to Allentown by double digits. In the conference tournament, I played Fast tempo against them to try something new and won. I forgot to change back to Slow, so I won the Conference Championship game at Fast.

Now in the NTT, do I go back to Slow or stay at Fast? I'm leaning towards staying Fast based on the matchup.
