ST: Find my mom's new laptop for me...

Here are the tentative requirements:
15 inch
Windows 11
touchscreen
backlit keyboard
12+ GB RAM
Intel i5 processor
new (not open box or refurbished)
price below $600

The specific processor is flexible since me and my mom really don't know the difference between processors. She could also go a bit above $600.

This is based on a laptop she showed me, but that was refurbished.
