For like a week now (give or take I guess) I've woken up with my left hand numb.

Numb and I guess a little painful, especially the past few days.

Anyway, today my wrist has actually been sore most of the day and the hand tingling is there a bit during the day.

I don't *think* I've been sleeping on top of my hand every night for a week plus?
