1) it works. My right leg is still weirdly weak sometimes, but I know how to manage it, and can walk for miles and stairs and it makes me happy.
2) it’s boring and repetitive and uncomfortable and easy to be tempted to avoid or quit. Don’t, just go and be patient with it and Do. The. Homework. Keep the appointments.
