apparently she'd been calling for half an hour and couldn't get through - another guy agrees and says he had the same problem but he had to use the app to -- oh wait, she's not hearing it and harangues the clerk for having to get two of whatever instead of what she wanted. Now, I sympathize with the phone being down, that's annoying, but at what point do you not a) give up and order somewhere else, it's LC's for fuck's sake b) use the app c) use a fucking web browser like everything else these days

I'm giving up on a fast food restaurant well before 30 minutes at supper time.
