This is why Brady was given so much a chance. They had 10-20mil in savings because he didn’t chase every dollar.

In no world is Derek Carr worth 40mil a year in a salary cap of 210mil. The list of guys who is is basically Rodgers, Mahomes , Allen, Lamar…ya know mvp players.
