Also I’m very curious if their adoption of a poison pill defense runs afoul of rules that such actions only be taken on a “clear day” -- (edited)

Though I’m assuming they’re incorporated in Delaware, so there may be different considerations in that regard than my client which is a Maryland-incorporated closed-end fund.
