So far I've paid the dermatologist, the lab that performed the biopsy (huh?), and the oncology and surgical consults.

Just waiting on the hospital bill, which they actually quoted me a price. It's going to completely wipe out everthing I had in my HSA, but there's a chance I can hit my out of pocket max just before our plan year resets in June.
