Dave's cousin has two kids in their 20s, morons both. Won't get vaccinated, because "freedom". So far they have missed:

One of their best friends had an indie movie premiere at a theatre earlier this year, movie that he wrote and directed, and then proposed to his long time girlfriend at the screening. Kid wasn't there because at the time you needed proof of vaccination, so they missed it.

Their dad went sober in the pandemic. Had his one year birthday at AA, really big deal, bunch of relatives were invited to that open meeting. His kids couldn't attend - were not vaccinated.

Their grandfather passed away (not of covid) and there was a very small funeral service at the time, with capacity limits. But they weren't there - not vaccinated.

Yep, they sound pretty 'free' to me.
