My daughter just turned 13, this was her first pet and she loved him sooooooooo much. She spent a large portion of the weekend crying. No parent wants their kids sad and the depth of her grief is so bottomless now, I just want to hug her and never let her go. Dammit, crying at my desk now. Had to put on the brave face for my girl this weekend. Thank you for listening, y'all are still the best.
