We also need more train lines to transit deserts and areas that are under-served by public transit today. We need lines that go between Brooklyn

and Queens and then on to the Bronx. Not everyone is looking to go to Manhattan as lots of people work in another borough.

We need to be smart about how we spend the money and improve public transit. We need and can do a lot but we can't get distracted by things like metal detectors. That will drain the funds and manpower to do the other things that will be more helpful for the system.
