mine is partially set by our corporate bosses, as we use a secondary system to set the signature, and that adds random corporate things

Mine is essentially 6 lines.
Name
Title
Address (3 lines)
Phone
Then we have multiple lines of corporate required things (websites, links to linkedin, twitter, marketing thing (women transforming business) then a couple of paragraphs of legal jargon about what the contents of the email means.
