Younger peeps will go ahead and drop a subscription once they're done with it, something I see even STers struggle with

We tend to talk about these things like it's a breakup or you are leaving some kind of tribe. Or maybe someone in the household still watches that one random show so you just keep the entire subscription. The young are free of all this.
