1) Much of Netflix's rapid growth happened in a vacuum. Now there is real streaming competition.
2) Netflix benefitted from the Pandemic shutdowns as people were forced to stay home and one of the things they could actually do was binge watch.
3) Now that the pandemic is over-ish people have more options and are looking at what they're paying for streaming services. A number of them decided that Netflix was no longer worth what they were paying.
