because Crave is wrapped into our cable, and because Rogers sucks, we have to navigate using the base channel it's on, not an app -- (edited)

they really cannot explain why except 'that how your package is set up.'.
It's so very very very very painful.
I barely use it because of that.
(our monthly condo fees include unlimited high speed internet and our pretty extensive tv package.)
