They apparently never logged in our car rental last month....they just billed us $11k (declined) so they went piecemeal until they cleared $9,500.

Thank god my paycheck is clearing tomorrow but fuck these guys. I'm half tempted to go the cops given the size of the transactions and the subterfuge they went through.

Thank God Kelly took a picture last month of the car in the return spot.
