Not a huge fan of rental companies in general. But ugh. Sorry man. Last time I used Hertz my windshield spontaneously cracked in Vegas.

I assume it was the hot to cold desert temp change. No impact marks or anything. Luckily the insurance covered it. But man rental companies will look for anything to screw you.
