I’m just going to say, the people here at the airport drop off location have been wonderful. They immediately noticed the issue, wiped out all charges

and are trying to figure out a way to get the money refunded. The bank canceled my card out so this has added a layer of difficulty.
The manager helping me was here when the money was charged. Turned out the car was never checked in until today, when it was being cleaned out to be shipped to Nashville. 2 days after we returned the car here, this location went from corporate to franchise. Corporate put some keys somewhere before they left and they were lost temporarily, so the car sat here for a month.
