They seem to think it will break down along class lines essentially. The more affluent and college educated leftists should go to Macron while the less affluent and educated will likely go le Pen. She’s made a hard turn into economic populism that could draw some from the left.
The bigger problem for Macron is if people don’t vote. There’s no early voting in France apparently and with Easter this is the equivalent of spring break? So the worry is a lot of people won’t be around to vote this weekend, especially more affluent voters that would lean Macron.
They still predict a comfortable lead for Macron but there are concerns.
